Welcome to the Nando’s Customer Care web portal. This portal serves as a communication channel through which you can give us a chirp. We want to know about your burning questions, complaints, compliments and any suggestions you may have that will enhance the Nando’s experience.

Firstly, we have a bank of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) that may well have the answer you are looking for. These FAQs will change from time to time as we continuously select the most FAQs through all communication channels.
